Please send me a 30-day or 90-day supply of Regenepure Products per my selection with a 30-day return policy.
Payments are deducted per subscription cycle based on my selection (30 days or 90 days) and are billed on the same date and period the first payment was successfully processed.
By clicking the "Purchase" button, I authorize Regenepure to charge the card I use today for each shipment as described above . I understand that local and state sales tax may apply.
I will continue to receive a new supply based on my subscription to the specified address along with the payment.
If I want to cancel I will need to email Regenepure at [email protected] with my subscription ID or call them at 1-877-706-8688, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
